Frozen Margarita


  • Lime syrup
    • Limes
    • Icing sugar
  • Tequila
  • Triple Sec (clear orange liqueur)
  • Ice


    • Roll the limes on a hard surface to help release more juice when they're squeezed
    • Squeeze the lime juice into a bowl
    • Stir in icing sugar until no more will dissolve
    • Cover and leave the syrup to chill in a bowl overnight
    • Add a large handful of ice to a blender with 2 measures of Tequila, 1 measure of Triple Sec and 1 measure of lime syrup
    • Blitz until you have a drinkable slush
    • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
