Ingredients (per S'more)

  • 2 Rich tea biscuits
  • 4 squares milk chocolate
  • 1 marshmallow
  • Tin foil


  • Place a biscuit on a square of foil
  • Place a marshmallow in the centre of the biscuit
  • Put the chocolate around the marshmallow
  • Place the other biscuit on top
  • Wrap the foil tightly around the S'more, ensuring there are no gaps
  • Place on a low heat on the barbecue for about 5 minutes each side until the chocolate and marshmallow have melted
